Appointment booking

Your phone number, in case I need to reach you
Whether you would prefer the appointment online or in person
Time slots that work well for you

Appointment scheduling: We will agree on a date. The appointment is hereby confirmed and reserved for you.

Counselling: At the agreed time, we will meet at the Weiße Villa practice or via Zoom. At the end of the session, we will discuss whether a follow-up appointment should be scheduled.

I always reply within a few days. Please check your SPAM folder if you haven't heard from me, and save my email address in your address book.

I look forward to meeting you in person soon.

Fee

An individual consultation usually lasts 60 minutes and costs 130 Euros including 19% VAT.
A couples consultation typically lasts 90 minutes and costs 250 Euros including 19% VAT.

If you are unable to attend an appointment, please cancel it by phone or email at least 48 hours in advance. In the case of a last-minute cancellation, a cancellation fee of 50% of the agreed hourly rate will apply.

I offer discounted package prices upon request. Please ask me about this after your first session or take a look at the offer here.

If, during the first 30 minutes of the initial consultation, it becomes clear that a collaboration is not suitable, either you or I can end the session. The appointment will remain free of charge for you.

Good to know

I am bound by confidentiality.
Your data will not be shared with third parties.
Appointments take place Monday to Friday.
Appointments can be canceled free of charge up to 48 hours before the scheduled time. After that, 50% of the session fee will be charged.
The cost responsibility lies with the client.
Health insurance companies typically do not cover the costs.
I do not offer psychotherapy. A session with me does not replace medical or psychotherapeutic treatment.
